Ariel is a scientist, engineer and entrepreneur shaping the future of space exploration. She is the Founder and CEO of the Aurelia Institute, a nonprofit dedicated to advancing space architecture and orbital infrastructure for the public good. Previously, Ariel founded and led the MIT Space Exploration Initiative, overseeing the launch and microgravity testing of more than 100 multidisciplinary spaceflight projects. She earned her Ph.D. from the MIT Media Lab, focusing on modular, self-assembling space structures for human life beyond Earth.
